We are so confident that you will love your purchase we are willing to pay for any items returned. The item(s) needs to be returned to us within 7 days of receipt (excluding weekends). This applies to non-faulty items and those damaged in transit. Items damaged in your care are not refundable.
When returning items please remember to obtain a proof of posting. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.
Please note that all refunds are at the discretion of Jewellery by Calista.
Refunds should be finalised within 10 working days and you will receive an email confirming this but allow 5-10 working days for the refund to be credited to your account. This delay is dictated by your bank or card issuer and is outside our control.
Items returned outside the above guidelines will only be subject to credit.
Under no circumstance are we able to accept the return of earrings in compliance with current Health and Hygiene regulations.
